Reeslyn & Hunter Playing

As Reeslyn and Hunter have gotten older they have become such good friends and it is so much fun to watch them play. Today the conversation went like this...

Hunter - Reese when are we going to get married?
Reeslyn - Never
Hunter - But I want to get married
Reeslyn - But I don't want to Hunter
Hunter - But Ansley married me so why won't you?

10 minutes later...

Hunter - well Reese if you don't want to get married then I'm just going to ask Ansley if she will marry me again.

PS - Ansley wasn't even here for all this.

Cute Story

When we say our family prayers, Carter likes to give each one of us a pillow from the couch to fold our arms on. Tonight, he did his routine of giving us his pillows and then got the 4th pillow and started saying, "Uncle Spencer, Spencer." He made us scoot over to make a place for Uncle Spencer's pillow next to us and then he was ready for the prayer. 

The Sawyer's benches revived

We received these benches from the Sawyers about 3 years ago. They have been in need of some work. Today I gave them their long awaited TLC and I am very happy with the outcome. What do you think? Believe it or not...

Alright, so I have to brag about something. On the spotlight it said that I won many spelling bees. Correct me if i am wrong but.. I am sure that was full or sarcasm! Lets be honest I can't spell very good, in fact I am horrible. What you are not going to believe it I really did win a spelling Bee in 3rd grade! I even remember the winning word, "COMPUTER." I didn't even cheat! Not that I was a cheater.

What's your most embarassing moment?

My friend Emily did this on her blog so I thought it would be a fun family time to hear each other's most embarassing moments, since I am sure I don't know everyone's. I would love to hear Mom and Dad's--wouldn't you?! I'll start us off!

Me: I have many but one of them involves being at Olive Garden with Mom, Dad, and Russ in Utah. Dad decides that he is going to leave my number on the receipt for the waitor. I get embarassed and want to leave before the waitor comes back. Unfortunately, I take a wrong turn and turn right into the waitor. Not so bad right? Well fast forward one year. I am hanging out with my new roommate Christina and she says she is going to invite some friends over. I stick around and who do you think shows up--the waitor! I knew I knew him from somewhere but couldn't figure it out. We end up going on a date and while on the date we realize that I'm the girl who's Dad left her number on the receipt for him!! I was so embarassed the rest of the night. Obviously, there was no 2nd date.

Sean: Recently at school Sean walked into the building where he saw two of his buddies standing next to each other with their backs to him talking to a woman. Sean walks right in between the two of them and grabs one of the guys butts (not slaps--grabs!!) and says "oh excuse me." Sean turns around to laugh at his buddy and realizes that he has never seen this guy in his life!!!

So what's your most embarassing moment??? (besides the Wall experience Wendy!)
