Russ is going to be pretty busy now with his new job and being a counselor in the elder's quorum presidency. No more time for sporting the wetsuit. Although it does provide a nice preview for what he would look like in spandex if he ever does a triathlon!

We are excited for you to join us in the triathlons! Maybe you and Spencer can get matching hot pink spandex so we know when you are coming!
Russ - way to go and congrats on the transition into the professional world.
We are also excited for you and your new job! Even though we live away I am sure we will still call when we need help or have a question about medicine or being sick. Congrats again!

there might be hope for it too because Russ did a 24 mile bike ride today with Rick Emanuelson from our ward who is training for an Ironman Triathalon

we talked to Russ last night. He said he was sore. I asked him if he was in, he still was not sure. I wonder how he is feeling today?
to go from biking 0 miles to 24 miles is craaazy!
Rick told him they would do 10-12 miles.... 24 miles later they were done.
He's going with them again tomorrow morning.
so is he doing the tri?

I think we still have tose wet suits around--want to try them on Russ and Spencer???
i don't think there is a deadline it just gets more expensive the longer you wait--i'll have to check and let you know

and sorry---the rules specifically say: No wetsuits allowed!
I'm not sure I could get that wetsuit over my belly!
