It was pretty cold but it was very gradual. They started by going towards the water and then running away from the waves as they came at them like they are doing in the picture but the waves came too fast a few times and they were soaked by the time we left.
the trip was fun. only dad didn't touch the water. I didn't trust my knee walking in the sand or getting too far into the water, but I got my feet wet for a couple of minutes
