A Short Visit!

We are coming to Phoenix! We are leaving Friday, Dec. 7th around noon. Unfortunatly we are leaving to come home Saturday around lunch. We have to be back for Stake Conference meetings that afternoon.
As far as Christmas plans, we are going up there the Saturday before (Dec 22) and will be there until Wednesday (Dec 26). We (Spencer and I) are also going to wear our matching PJ bottoms, if anybody wants to do the same.

Cheesy Chicken

I just made this recipe that my friend gave me for dinner tonight. It was quick and easy and very good. It's a great recipe for getting kids to eat their veggies.

Ingredients: 2 TBSP oil, 4-6 thawed chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 frozen bag of broccoli, 4 oz. velveeta cheese

Directions: In a pan heat up the oil and then add the chicken. Cook for 7 minutes, turning over the chicken halfway through. Add broccoli and cream of chicken soup. Stir. Reduce heat and add in cut up pieces of velveeta cheese. Stir. Simmer until chicken is cooked.

Casa Grande Triathlon

Congratulations to Marlee for taking 1st in her age group and 6th place overall. Jess got 9th in her age group and 13th overall. She finished a close 20 seconds behind Spencer. All three of us had Personal Best Records for this race. Spence was a stud in the water! Spencer and Marlee will have to share more pictures. Sean got mostly video and only a few pictures.
