The Dates for the trip have been confirmed for July 21-30th. We need to know what dates everyone can go. Also, if you have any meal ideas let us know that too. Should we buy the food and split it? Should each family be in charge of a day? What do you think?

We can go the 21st through the 29th. I have to be back at work on the 30th.

we can do carne asada and salsa one night
Mom and I talked about what to do for meals. She mentioned planning it more in detail when everyone comes over for Father's Day. We both thought that assigning different family's to different nights would be best. You would just be in charge of getting it, making it, and cleaning it up that one meal.
I forget to mention that we will be there from either Wednesday night or Thursday late afternoon(depends if I can get make-up days for work) until the 30th.
